Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free shipping on every order. There is no minimum purchase and no shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery estimates are measured from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on top of the transit window above.
Where Your Order Ships From
Elyndra works with overseas fulfillment partners, and most items ship directly from their warehouse to you. This is how we keep our prices where they are. It also means transit takes longer than a domestic order - please factor that in before ordering for a specific date or occasion.
PO Boxes
Our carriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses in the United States. Please provide a complete street address at checkout.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays
Elyndra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order passes the estimated delivery window, contact us at theelyndrashop@gmail.com and we will track it down.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Elyndra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
